Christmas Parade

We put up our Christmas tree this week. As is tradition, the kids played in the box more than they helped with the tree.
Cody even helped to decorate this year.
And another tradition we love is Kathleen puting on the tree top.

Kathleen got to be in the Meridian Christmas parade this year with her dance studio. She was so excited. Here she is getting ready for take off.

Once the parade started moving, she warmed up and took off her hat.

Ryan put up Christmas lights too. He is so cute.

Ryan loves to make the turkey almost as much as he loves to eat it. Since he missed out on it this year for Thanksgiving, we had a mock Thanksgiving at home yesterday.

This year we put lights down the side of our house on the trees in our back yard. But you can't see them in this picture.
Then, just before bed last night, the kids decided to do some Christmas artwork. Beautiful.

Your house looks great! And I bet Kathleen was great in the parade.

That is some serious Christmas decorating! Those lights outside--that must have taken forever. Josh should feel lucky that the only lights he gets to put up are on the tree (and he whines about that)! And you're lucky you got TWO Thanksgiving dinners. Jealous!
