You can tell today we had conference because we have two asleep on the couch. Of course, this wasn't until after conference, but you get the idea. Cody was smiling at me so big today the he couldn't even keep his eyes open.
Today we went to the park downtown to fly kites and see the birds. Cody loved the birds.

Kathleen and Brandon love to feed the birds.
Ryan and Cody were playing with Ryan's hat and Cody was having such a good time. He kept giggling.

Ryan and I would help the kids get their kites in the air. After that they were professionals.

Brandon discovered he could just start running and get the kite up all by himself. He was so good at it. He made us all look bad.

Yesterday we had beautiful weather. The kids decided to color on our driveway and sidewalk with chalk. They got a little on their noses.

We all were traced, even cody. Kathleen turned hers into a princess.
This is what the kids do when we do laundry. They get on a train to the north pole.

Cody has learned how to ham for the camera.
He does this thing lately when he is talking to me where he tilts his head to see me just right. It is so funny.

Brandon decided to wear his swim suit the other day. When I went to take a picture of it, he pretended he was sleeping. When your kid dresses himself, you never know what you will get.


Kathleen was so excited to go to the park the other day that she even helped Brandon get his shoes and jacket on. It was so funny watching her work so hard for him.

Today we had a "work day." We cleaned the house and inside of cars, then went for a bike ride. Then we pruned trees and shrubs and washed cars. As you can see, Brandon still likes to have a clean side walk. But after all that hard work (and some play), we rewarded our kids with milk shakes.
Cody held his own bottle today for the first time.
Last night, Ryan and I went on a really fun date. We went to a Greek restaurant in downtown Boise and then went to a Steelheads ice hockey game. We had awesome seats. I couldn't have picked better seats if I had tried. Anyway, we came home with these "bam-bams" that the kids used as swords. We had a ton of sword fights today.

Brandon got dad.
Then he shouted, "Yahoo, I won!" as Ryan lay dead on the floor.

Cody had his first banana.

Kathleen took a picture of Cody. It turned out pretty cute.

St.Patrick's Day

We had the Reese's over again for our annual green dinner. Cody's first St. Patrick's Day.
Cody is now officially weaned. He is a bottle baby.
Brandon rode a bike yesterday for the first time. Unfortunatly, he doesn't have a bike. So he used Kathleen's.
And what would this post be without the nasty corned beef. Just for you.

It was beautiful outside, so we ate out there and played out ther. The kids loved it.

There was a carnival at our church. Kathleen and Allison had a blast.

I ran the "candy" walk booth. We gave out candy instead of cake so every kids could eventually win. You can see Ryan and Cody in the background.
Kathleen and Brandon had ice cream at the end of the carnival.
We decided to make a cake the other day. The kids are such good helpers. Should I tell them that it could be a while?

Brandon had a play date just for him for the first time ever. He and his buddy Noah get along so well. Noah is Gavin's younger brother (Kathleen thinks she is going to marry Gavin). Here they are sitting and watching Cars.
I don't know if you can tell, but Cody finally has teeth. They are just barely scraping through, but you can feel pokeys in his mouth.



Brandon made a birthday cake for Kathleen out of sand.

She is blowing out the candle now.
Kathleen and a friend from the park are swinging on this together. It was so funny.
Brandon extreme motorcycling. You have seen this in the past.



Tim and Tom Greer came over for a play date.

We got new patio furniture. It is really nice.
