Cody had his six month photos taken. He is so cute.

Kathleen and Brandon thought it was really funny to kiss on the mouth. They would tell us to look, then kiss really fast. It was so funny.
Kathleen and Brandon decided it was time for Cody to eat. They sat on the table next to him in his highchair and took turns asking him what kind of food he wanted, as if he would answer when they got it right. We went for a walk today. The weather was beautiful, in the mid 40s. The kids thought it would be fun to cram into a wagon. Of course, you can never be too careful when Kathleen is holding Cody.
Ryan planned a camping trip with the kids that took place on Friday night. They were so ecited. They counted down days. Here we are in our sleeping bags while Ryan tells us a scary story about the tag monster.

We had bbq hotdogs for dinner and made s'mores. Then we sat by the fire and told stories and sang songs. Then we watched a movie and went to sleep (although it was almost midnight before Brandon finally fell asleep).

I got my hair cut last week. I don't know if you remember how long it was before, but I cut of about 6-8 inches. Kathleen really wanted to take a picture of it. So here it is.

Kathleen and Brandon got hair cuts too, so they were next.
The boys got some matching shirts that Brandon picked out for them. Too bad there wasn't one in Ryan's size. Ha ha.
But these best buds are soo cute together.

Kathleen has been very excited about her "ballerina dress" that she gets to wear to her dance class. Brandon sat on the piano and wouldn't get off until I took a picture of him. So I did, then he got right down. Hmmm. I wonder who is boss at our house.
Last night Ryan had a meeting. The kids and I decided to watch Harry Potter and eat popcorn (and they will and, drink water). It was pretty fun.
Brandon and Cody are best buds lately. Brandon was putting his shoes on Cody. But of course, they were huge and Cody kicked them right off. So Brandon just kept putting them right back on.

Brandon made a train with animal cards.
Brandon read a book to Cody. He would lift it up and show Cody the pictures after he read each page. It was soooo cute.
Last week Cody was really sick. I couldn't get him to sleep so I decided to try giving him juice in a bottle and putting him in his swing to calm him down. He instantly fell asleep.

The other night, Kathleen and Brandon decided to wrestle. It was so funny. They wrestled for about an hour straight WITH NO INJURIES!!
As you can see, they are equally matched. You never know who will be pinned and when.

Kathleen started a dance class today. It includes ballet and tap. She absolutely LOVED it. And she was so good. She caught on so fast. I was pretty impressed with her. It seemed a perfect fit for our girl who, at age four, still walks on tip toes. Brandon enjoyed watching.

Last night our kids got together and made boats with buckets. They had a ton of fun tipping them backward. This weekend, the kids cousin Xander came to visit with his mom and dad (Aunt Heidi and Uncle Jared).
We tried to get a picture of all four kids together, but this was all I got.
Brandon and Ryan had a ton of fun playing basketball almost the whole time.

Cody likes his high chair when we all gather in the kitchen. That way he can see what is going on. Unless the kids pile up too many toys, then he can't see much.
Kathleen and Aunt Heidi played like their hands were camels. Kathleen was Julie and Heidi was Charlie (I think). Then they started to say, "blah blah blah, me me me, blah blah blah blah, me me me" to make fun of Jared when he talked too much. Sassy camels if you ask me.
Kathleen got new princess pajamas. You could see her bum when she bent over in her old ones. These are much better.

Kathleen and Brandon LOVE Uncle Jared. They couldn't get enough of him.

We made a Turkey for dinner one night. Guess who took this picture. Tha't right. Cody! Just joking. Heidi took it.
Cody sat in his high chair like usual.
Xander loved playing with all our "new to him" toys. But Jared may have enjoyed it more.

Brandon got himself dressed this morning and put his tie on. He loves his tie. Cody has the biggest smile. This is the closest I can get to showing you.
On Saturday, Ryan played basketball. He is all the way on the right with the ball in his hands. He is pretty good. By far the best rebounder out there. He made some pretty good shots too. But it didn't help much. His team is pretty bad this year.

Brandon decided last night that he needed a picture of Cody in his room. So Ryan gave him the camera and let him take a picture of Cody to put in his room. This is the picture he took.
The kids think it is fun to pretend daddy is a horse. It is less fun for Ryan, but he does it anyway. This is the only position to keep all three kids on without falling off.
We built a fort using the fooseball table and the blow-up basketball hoop. The kids loved it.

On Saturday we took the kids to Chuck E. Cheese's. They loved it.
Cody had fun watching everything. Brandon loved the rocket.
Cody even participated a bit. Brandon is a scary driver.

Kathleen is feeding Brandon string cheese like he is a dog. They had a lot of fun. Ryan is so cute. This is the third child he has played the piano for, and all of them love it.

Kathleen got herself dressed (which I have started making her do regularly). But this is the first time she put on a dress. Then she put a slip under it and wanted me to take her picture. Here it is. The slip is a poofy one to go under her Cinderella costume.
Brandon has started the big "potty training." We made him a race track. When Lightning McQueen gets all the way around, he gets "Cars" underwear. But if he has an accident, the car goes back to the start. He just had an accident, as you can tell.
Cody rolled over for the first time today. But, of course, he got stuck on his arm and on his stomach. But he seemed happy about the whole thing.
